Smoking

I should've asked this before but I think I'm right on this. When smoking DMT, is it true you have a minute window to breathe in all you can? After that 1st minute passes, beginning when you took your 1st toke, there's no point in smoking more because it won't do much but maybe lengthen the trip you're on? I have been going by that rule and was just curious as to it's credibility.

The point is, that you propably can't smoke more after 1 minute because you're already in a strong trance. There are forces pulling you away. I think 1 minute is pretty accurate for straight spice. With changa you have at least double that time.

I agree with obliguhl, provided you've had a sufficient dose of straight DMT- you would be unlikely to be able to smoke more after 1 min as you would be at the peak of your experience.
I've also heard that re-dosing within 1 hr has no effect, but whilst it may have diminished effect or none to some, SWIM has personally done this and she had an even more intense experience that the one 15 mins prior. So like all things its prone to some variation.

The other night my friend smoked spice on top of his bowl and didn't break through. He then got up loaded another ammount a little more than the first and still didn't get the results he wanted. Then he waited probably fifteen minutes and then loaded a fat dose of it to assure his success. And success indeed. Hope that helps a little.

Sounds like he burned it.
Was it covered in leaf? Was the heat pulled into the top layer of leaf while not burning it but slowly making it a cherrie?

Tolerance builds after like 20 minutes...

Ive sat there and took little hits about every half hour for 3-4 hours and had no tolerance build-up..no breakthrough, but vivid patterning, and CEV's..For breakthrough, i would do it all as quickly as possible.

To dimitritrance: the spice was positively smoked in the correct way (melting into the leaf then burning the leaf as a whole) but he may try putting leaf over the spice as well to be sure. I was saying this for the tolerance question because he tripped offthe first two but blasted to outer space on the third. Thanks sorry about any confusion.

Yeah that's a bit of what I've heard, that your peak comes really fast. So I can smoke more but the two won't meet up, eh? Well thanks for the info, I don't really mind sometimes if they don't meet up. I don't mind the small trips with long duration. Sometimes, it's fun :)

SWIM has dosed fully-visual but non-breakthrough doses 3 times in 10 minutes on one crazy occasion. That being said it was very very difficult to load the-machine and smoke it.

He generally waits 20-30 minutes between sessions, that was before he perfected his new method, usually he would have to go again because of incorrect (too little) dosing

SWIM has never timed it, she just makes a spice sandwich with blue lotus, cherries the bowl and take slow long hits until she no longer knows what her body is doing. Her bf takes the pipe and off she goes. It can be difficult as the trip begins soon after the first hit, but she just focus on the cherry and keeps going usually 4-5 hits. I dont know what people mean by tolerance, it seems to have the opposite effect for SWIM. The first go is always chaotic, a million things and always the same but different... the 2nd, 3rd and so on, usually in 30 min intervals, are where things really get intense for her, and so clear and with a real sense of purpose. Is is during these that she feels dmt is tuned in to her and the teaching begins...

I have smoked small doses of changa with maybe 15 minute intervals between the end of one trip and the first hoot of the next, and I have found that they increase in intensity. I also find it nice to low dose the first time, and then really go for it the second as I still get pre-flight jitters... the first does calms me down and reminds me that there isn't anyting to be anxious about.
