I just did my first extraction, Q21Q21 fluffy white, with vinegar, pickling lime, and zippo fluid. The tek says to leave it in the freezer for8-12 hours, but its only been 3 and the fluid is almost clear. Is it safe to just pour it off when it gets completely clear?

AFAIK, the longer you leave it, the more you will get (up to a point). Some people leave it for days. Even if you can't see it, magic is happening in there. :d
First time doing it with the same tek last night. I noticed that my third pull was very cloudy and didn't precipitate much at all yet after being in all night. Then I realized I used a little more naptha than the last 2 pulls and it was also on the bottom of the freezer. My other 2 were on top and precipitating just fine. So after I took out my first pull to dry, I put the third pull on the top shelf. So maybe using too too much naphtha affects it and/or make your freezer as cold as it can be. It's kinda hard to tell because the tek doesn't specify exact measuring amount, just ball park estimates. That's what I've gathered from my extensive research, assuming you did the previous steps correctly.
