Aman I know has a lye/MHRB solution ready for naptha. Would like to know further about hot naptha - would resting naptha on top of the solution for over 24 hours pull any more of the spice? Would it be better to let the naptha rest for an hour or on the solution and keep it warm whilst doing so?

The longer you let the naphtha sit, the more spice it will pull. However, if the naphtha is fully saturated with spice, then it will not hold any more. But 24 hours is MUCH better than just 1 hour. Some let it sit for days (but not always recommended).
Warming naphtha I dont know too much about. I thought it was for the last pull or two, but some say always heat it. I will let others chime on this one if they want.
