So far it is pretty wideley understood that most anything taken with DMT (aside from MAOI) just dulls the experience.

Also, I hope you are not a heroin user, and if you are please find the strength to quit.

Ah, bringing me back to the old days... I tried this combo plenty of times when I was opiate-dependent. I agree with anrchy. It detracts from the experience significantly, and as a person who has experienced heroin addiction I cannot recommend heroin use to anyone, under any circumstances.
