Syrian Rue Extract Question

Hello all, i just did a Manske Syrian Rue extraction, however i only did one pull, i know your supposed to do it a few times to get a more pure product. Does anyone know around abouts how many X more potent this 1 pull extraction is then normal rue seeds? It turned into a redish brown powder that is very sparkly. Is it safe to say this extraction is around 10X Rue? i want to have a oral DMT trip today and i am unsure how much of this rue extract to take.

Is there anyone here who has done a Manske extraction with one pull before and tried it? if so how much of this extract did you take?

Dont keep the extract as salt form from manske precipitation, there is a lot of salt impurity its impossible to know how much there is of alkaloids. The two possibilities I would say you have are, either think of how much rue seeds you had in the first place and divide in the according number of doses (if 3,5g of seeds are 1 dose), or redissolve the precipitate in warm water and add sodium carb and let it precipitate in the fridge for a few hours. The freebase will be much purer than the salt, then you can consider it to be, say, 75% pure or smt like that, depending how it looks, or purer if you redissolve and reprecipitate again
