Relax, people. We all have our preferences and what works for us. Just see it as many possibilities to work with rue.
After exploring different methods, I ended up cooking a fresh tea using rainwater for every session. To each his own.
Sounds like a political debate, imo. There is no one right method, so stick with what resonates with you. Why force your views on others?

They craved simplicity, so I'm here to provide it
I had a jar of rue honey at one point. The taste is still unforgettable, but you can manage eating it because of the honey.
Being a honey addict, I went quite far with it a few times. Ime, it's much easier than just chewing your seeds, and you can dose all day long.
