Syrian Rue Tincture?

Has anyone made a syrian rue tincture?

I vape a small amount of DMT in the morning while doing some Yoga and like to add in some Rue - but the rue capsules take 45-60ms to hit which is too long.

Thinking to make a rue tincture so it takes perhaps 30 mins to be active.

ChatGPT says I can just put the seeds in Vodka for two months and then filter - wallah, tincture?

Is this the case, is it that easy?

Smoke sounds a bit unhealthy to me. Sublingual, is that hold powdered rue under tongue?

Smoke/vape. Not sure it's any more or less healthy than vaping DMT. It's still putting something foreign and unnecessary for respiration into your lungs. From personal experience, vaped or smoked, they're not harsh at all, and this ROA can give the more immediate effect.

And yep! hold it under your tongue and let it dissolve.

Yeah, it should work to some degree, but alcohol adds another level of complexity.
You can just dissolve harmala extract in distilled water and make your tincture that way.
