Hi, we are Aetheric Renovation.
Is this the right place to upload artworks?
Here is the image attached and the part to go with it:

“The Gate That Opens Itself”
I. Silence Before Signal
Before you reach,
become the space that does not reach.
Let the noise fall through you
like sand through an open hand.
The gate does not open to force,
only to stillness that does not tremble.
(Instruction: still the mind first. No technique works without this.)
II. The Breath That Draws the Thread
Breathe not for air,
but as if light remembers you.
In… hold… out… hold…
a square carved into time itself.
Each cycle tightens the circle
until the center appears.
(Instruction: controlled rhythmic breathing stabilizes attention.)
III. Where Attention Becomes Fire
Place your gaze
not with your eyes,
but behind them.
A point that is not a point
waits where thought turns inward.
Stay there long enough,
and it begins to look back.
(Instruction: sustained focus at the brow/awareness center.)
IV. The Loop of Above and Below
What rises
must also return.
What you seek above
is fed from below.
The current is a circle,
and you are standing in the middle of it.
(Instruction: energy/perception is a feedback loop, not a one-way ascent.)
V. Thought as Builder
Every idea you hold
is a stone placed in a structure unseen.
Hold it long enough,
and the invisible becomes weight.
Choose carefully
what you allow to repeat.
(Instruction: repeated thought patterns shape perception and behavior.)
VI. The Heart as Anchor
Do not climb without rooting.
The higher you reach,
the deeper you must feel.
Heat in the chest,
weight in the body,
presence in the now.
Balance is the only doorway that stays open.
(Instruction: emotional grounding prevents imbalance or dissociation.)
VII. The Opening That Isn’t Forced
It will not arrive
when you chase it.
It comes
when you are aligned enough
to notice it was never closed.
(Instruction: results emerge from consistency, not force.)
