The machine - need help making

Hello,

I'm soon hopefully getting this amazing molecule and can't wait to experience it.
I have read and decided that i'm gonna make a machine to smoke it.

I have just few questions:

1. About mesh: Would

Be okay? I'm from country that doesn't have choreboy etc.
Other option is

But they're more expensive.
Also have basic " metal " scrubbers.
I want to get it right, so please tell your opinion.

2. Do i drop spice into mesh, then put it into neck of bottle, heat the neck a sec so it melts, then start smoking?

3. So i have it loaded, i'll apply flame away from mesh, so it can start vaporizing, do i have to inhale at same time slowly at first until there's considerable amount of smoke - then inhale it = 1 toke. Hold it in for ~15secs, then repeat? Or just keep flame running, first slowly inhale, then a bit faster when more smoke and inhale and hold..god my english sucks and it's so hard to explain what i mean.
Wish there was a video someone showing it.

The hole you made should be large enough to place your dmt directly onto the mesh, otherwise how else would you load it?

If your xtals are falling completely through your mesh then you don't have enough mesh, reinforce it add more mesh in a tighter bundle.

yeah you can heat the glass to melt the xtals into the mesh, once you've done that you *should* be able to vape it in any position that is comfortable for you.

remember to keep the flame at least an inch or so away from your spice beccause burning it will cause it to stop "smoking" and will waste your spice.

throw 30mg in there and light it up, should be a perfect dose, remember you don't have to get it ALL in, 1-2 big tokes should do you just fine. just remember nice slow consistent inhalation until your lungs are FULL, hold it in for 15 seconds, blow it out and immediately start your second toke, if you feel you need it.

How long should i heat the glass? And can i directly touch it with flame or away from it? I don't want to burn the spice..

To load it, just drop the spice in the hole on top of the bottle, where the cap would screw on. Not in the hole that you drilled. Holding the bottle neck-down when you take a hit will reduce the amount that is wasted.

Drop DMT into the neck on top of the mesh, and feather the bottleneck lightly with a lighter until it melts. Keep the flame close to the mesh, but not touching it. Try to get it all in one hit.

And you really don't need 30mg for your first time. 10mg was a better idea.

Right, 10mg properly vaporized spice is more than enough for a first-timer to guage their sensitivity. I always recommend that people start with 10mg, then work their way up in increments of 5mg.

The other advantage to this is if one wastes a couple doses before getting their technique right, they are wasting 10mg doses rather than 20 or 30mg doses.

And if you dont feel anything off 10mg most likely you didnt do it correctly. It allows for accurate identification of technique issues.

How do i know it's melting? I got really small xtals and with dose like 10mg is small to even see them in mesh. I got a milligram scale, but it seems that it won't really weigh 0.01, need more like 0.04-0.05

Compared to match, how does 10mg dmt looks so i have better idea.

Also, pictures of the machine i made, does it look right to you guys?

You probably need more mesh. It should fill most of the neck and be packed in there pretty tightly. Then the crystals won't just fall through, and you can see when they are melting. I would also push the mesh about 1/4 inch down into the neck, so that it forms a little bowl where you can place your spice.

If your scale only measures to .01g, it is not a milligram scale. You need a scale that measures .010g in order to accurately weigh 10mg DMT. The density of DMT crystals varies tremendously, so 10mg of someone else's batch will probably not look like the same amount as 10mg of your batch. This is why I always recommend having an accurate scale.

So, now when vaping, do i hold bottle upside down, mesh side down and heat it from below with lighter 1 inch away? What if it won't start producing vapor from that distance? Also isn't it hard to see if vapor starts forming that way(bottle upside down, trying to toke from hole i made)?

Anyway, i failed bad, tried upside down and horizontal, 1 inch and more away, it produced vapor instantly after i got flame closer and touched bottle neck, got 1 toke and one more toke minute or two later, both times i felt something, my hand went kinda " limb " and weird feeling overall but no visuals etc.

I think where you go and what you experience has some thing to do with your DNA.

any reason in particularly you think this? or is it pure speculation?

I base that on the different experiences i have compared to my friend , we have very different DNA and DMT have very different effects on us.
Also i think if your a bit jolly by nature, say like Terence McKenna, i think your more likely to see jolly little machine elves..

Tried again but same results, felt weird and i think vibration through body, what dose gives just dose effects?
Do i have to only heat from below until nothing left or also apply heat directly to bottleneck? Any tips are recommended, my biggest fear is i'm burning it, it's not lost any other way right? It's fine to heat bottleneck directly? And how close max to mesh(holdin bottle upside down, so heating from below and toking from above.

I pushed mesh 1/4 into the neck, like 3/4 of neck is filled now.

you hold the lighter in front of the opening where you inserted the mesh to vape the spice NOT under the bottleneck. you only heat under the bottle neck to melt spice into the mesh, you vape by inhaling heat from the flame into the bottleneck to vape the melted spice. keep flame about .5-1" away from opening.

Why dont you try drilling a hole in the side of the bottle and place a straw inside the hole so you can see whats going on whilst heating and toking.
Also as i said its easier to heat the mesh ball out of the bottle and pour the crystals onto the hot mesh, give it a min to cool down, then place the loaded mesh ball back into the neck of the bottle...
Thats what i'd do anyway...

Both of these sound like they would only make things more difficult. It is extremely easy to premelt the spice without removing the mesh, and the straw just seems unnecessary.

Anxietic, maybe you're not loading enough. A pile the size of a matchhead doesn't sound like much, but there's no way to know without weighing it.

If you're holding the lighter an inch away, I doubt you are burning the spice. Start about an inch away, and slowly move closer until vapors start to fill the chamber. The Machine is designed so that it is easier to vaporize spice without burning it. Your spice is probably still in the mesh.

Holding the bottle neck-down will not make it any more difficult to see when it fills with vapors than holding it horizontally, neck-out.

As Mimosa_Man stated, the heat from the lighter should be going into the opening at the end of the bottle. You do not heat the glass from the side like you would with an oil pipe. Don't heat the bottle neck directly. Just like if it were a chillum or a cigarette.

It's hard for me to inhale and same time see if vapor is forming, can i just heat holdin bottle near my mouth and start to inhale then?

Also what do you mean by " Your spice is still probably in mesh " ?
If so, why didn't it start to produce any smoke? I took it out and applied heat to mesh from 0.5inch or so and it gave me some slight smoke..i wonder why it do that when it was inside of bottleneck.

I'm afraid that i'm doing too little or it doesn't vape everything because mesh i got isn't good enough or something.

Also it didn't seem to melt from top when i just heated the bottleneck, had to be side to side with mesh about inch or less until i saw it dissapear. Did this holding bottle horizontally.

About amount..it was pile size of matchead, i have a scale that weighs from 0.01 - 200g. But it's crappy one: How i tried to weigh it: I took little piece of paper, weighed it multiple times, it weighed 0.15 and next time 0.14 and one time 0.13, so i put paper on scale, then scraped some dmt on it, lifted it and repeated to add dmt until after lifting and putting on, it went from 0.14-0.15/16.
So about 10mg-20mg i think. Should i just say fuck it and load up like 30-40mg approx?
I'm really excited for it and would like a experience allready..i only got very small amount of DMT(200mg or so) and don't want to waste it all without an good experience.

When i tried to vape 2 last times, it filled with smoke VERY fast, i then inhaled deeply and held as long as i could, should you still keep it going when holdin the hit? Or start lighter again after i have exhaled first hit?

Plus who wants to suck on a hole in a bottle,that paints a desperate image:surprised i hope a tiny shard dosnt come loose from the drilled hole.

Weighed 20-30mg approx, scale is shitty so can't be sure.

Anyway, tried again today with that amount i posted pic for, getting more hang of things, holding bottle upside down and heating from below with lighter about inch or little less away, it started to vaporize, i inhaled slow and steady until lungs were full, held for 20 secs, then heated it again for vapor as quick as i could, inhaled again slow and steady, then held for 15secs. Got 3 tokes total, there was more for 4th toke but it felt intense and i thought it's enough..should have taken it, everything just became weird visually(that noise starting to come up everyone talks about) but not visual enough to call it a experience, some VERY light CEV i think. Was over very fast, 2-5 minutes tops.

I think i'm inhaling too slow, how many seconds to waste inhaling each toke? Smoke wasn't harsh at all for me and had no problems holding it down. Any tips regarding inhaling are welcome, i feel i'm not doing it right since 4 tokes seems a little too much.

There was some left for 4th toke, but too late allready, so i asked my gf if she would like to try that to see if she feels anything, first time - it vaporized nicely to my suprise and she got a nice toke. Felt vibration through body, contrasts or something went up, body felt heavy and head "thick but light", also that high pitched sound.

Keep doing what you're doing bud, you're getting the hang of it.

Try and inhale as slowly as possible until you start to get a LOT of vapor, then I inhale as fast and hard as I can until my lungs are full.

I keep heating while holding my breath, but from a distance so I don't over heat or waste the precious vapors that way as soon as I exhale I can hit it again.
