Cool thread. Haven’t been here in s minute but just want to share some of the great music on tour in the US this spring and summer!
First off, if you aren’t familiar with these guys, fix that right now for your own benefit. Finland’s finest. This is their first US tour in over half a decade and who knows when they’ll be let back in the country after this. Welcome these people to the states and go buy a ticket…NOWWWWWW! Do it. No really. DO. IT.
I think they are the best band in the freaking world right now. Think Meddle era Pink Floyd thrown in a blender with Radiohead and Mayhem with a good potent mushroom slurry to blend that stuff up real good. Or something, IDK. They’re nuts. Also super cool people.
They kicked off tour last night in Seattle and are working their evil way across the nation as we speak

If a festival this summer is your thing and you like good music lol, this is the one to go to. On the Blackfeet reservation, alcohol free, and benefits suicide prevention. It’s pretty cool.
A place to exercise and to exorcize.
And it welcomes the Earth shattering return of Neurosis aftera 7 year absence with the illustrious Aaron Turner (ISIS, Sumac, Old Man Gloom etc etc etc) on guitar. It’s the thing you didn’t know you needed as badly as you need it.

The Body is a 2 piece- guitar/synth/loops and drums and might be one of the heaviest things on the planet: they supporting each other on tour later this summer:
