AusRequiem
Rising Star
G'day ladies and gents of the Nexus!
I'm not great with introductions so bare with me.
A little about myself,
I'm what you'd call a seeker, I wasn't always a seeker, I kind of stumbled upon it through my meditation. I've spent the last seven years shaking a methamphetamine addiction, trying a multitude of methods to rid of cravings and put my life back on track. Its been an interesting journey to this place, finally to meet you wonderful people.
I'm a seasoned drug taker from my past, and this will be my first time breaking my sobriety in seven years. I feel that I've outlived the usefulness of living under the materialist paradigm, and I'm ready now to explore the mystery of infinite consciousness.
I've been reading the beautiful posts of the people here, and I'm rather speechless. I've learnt so much just from reading your experiences with DMT and the purely constructive attitude towards learning about this misunderstood substance is liberating.
I've never used DMT, although I have some experience with other psychedelics. It's taken a lot of self-inquiry to decide that I'm ready to experience what DMT has to offer, it seems the consensus that DMT will expose you to what you NEED to know, not necessarily what you'd LIKE to know, and thats the kind of teacher I work best with.
I have a lot to learn, and much to read from you all. I hope I can be of some help somewhere along the journey, as you have all been so helpful to me.
Much love to you all.
Requiem.
