ok i don't really know how to ask this but i need to talk to people who actually get it.

i've been doing dmt for a while now. at first it was the normal stuff, geometry, colors, different stuff every time. the last two weeks have been completely different and honestly it's freaking me out a little, in a good way mostly, but i want to understand it.

first thing is my body. when i go in, it starts moving on its own. mostly my head and my spine, this slow winding snake type movement. i'm not doing it on purpose and i'm not fighting it either, it just happens. sometimes i get pulled bolt upright, stiff, sitting in a way i never sit. and it's not just in my head, my friend has watched it happen to me in person more than once. he's the one who told me i was moving like a snake. somebody mentioned this might be kundalini.

second thing is it's the same beings every single time now. it used to be random. now it's like they're waiting for me. they show up looking like hindu and buddhist gods, one of them i looked up afterward and it was green tara, which i had never even heard of before that. and one time it was this huge golden lion, like a sun with a face, a literal god, and i just sat there existing in front of it. i've also stopped seeing the waiting room completely. no buildup anymore, i'm just instantly there with them, and it feels like they're inside me, like we're one thing.

i want to be clear i'm not losing it. i work, i'm good in my normal life, i'm not in some crisis. it doesn't feel scary, it feels like love. i'm not trying to act like i'm special either, i genuinely just want to know what's happening to me.

so for anyone who's been doing this way longer than me:

has anyone had the snake movements where other people can actually see it happen? is that kundalini or something else?

did your trips ever go from random to the same beings every time, especially actual gods?

anyone else stop seeing the waiting room and just get dropped straight into contact?

and honestly any advice for how to handle this as it gets stronger would mean a lot.

appreciate anyone who actually reads this. not looking to get hyped up or called crazy, just trying to figure out whats real here. thanks

I've had low dose experiences where I've seen what looks like a scary snake face with loads of teeth, this was while doing Yoga too, I tend to laugh at the scary bit and decided to move my body in snake-like ways while on the Yoga mat and this ended up feeling very good, it was like a reminder to lean into it rather than back away from the scary teeth.

And different sessions can sometimes pick up where the other left off, it can be quite story-like.

Snaking movements where the body seems to move on its own are pretty common and a good sign IMO that the dormant right hemisphere is starting to stir and take the reins

Repeatedly seeing the same "beings" is maybe a bit less common, but I'd guess it's probably a good sign considering those depictions you speak of are tied to deep archetypes for a state of unity with the cosmos/self, where the ego is beginning to let go to some degree.

Oh my god! i love you! i didnt even mention my brain but everytime i go under and see these same entites its my right hemisphere that is tingling and feels like something inside my brain is pushing on it

The body movements are followed by a purring from the back of the throat for myself. It sets up a wave that moves throughout the body and that in turn increases visuals but also increases dissociation and euphoria. This can become amplified even more with the right bass music and MDMA(esp in nature) and I fall into trances at raves that last for hours. Sometimes I don’t even recall much just spinning serpentine movements il do for hours(I also play with glow poi).

Hi, I also thought about awakening my kundalini, as you mentioned the snake. I also experienced it by accident recently, but it might take some time. The best answer is coming from yourself. If you feel that the effects of cleansing negative emotions and spiritual experiences were effective enough to cleanse the chakras, then you could definitely have experienced it. As for me, I don't often take psychedelics.

This may seem ridiculous, but for me, it happened after a few days of entering deep states of mind using frequencies and tones.
My journeys were so profound that I experienced my kundalini, even though my pineal gland had been unblocked earlier. The snake means writhing like a wave the body movements feel as if you were a few pounds lighter in your bones. For me I feel all sounds as if waves were flowing over me.
The same with my skull and the top of my head it feels like a compressed aluminum cap being removed. When it comes to advice it's best to approach it with a grain of salt.

You might hear some people claiming that such a sudden awakening can be harmful. In my opinion I shouldn't have started receiving these low vibrations because if I hadn't known about them, I wouldn't have even worried. If you're so comfortable with DMT trips, balancing your kundalini and stabilizing your energy shouldn't be a problem.

I get what you mean, but there are endless stories about why it is dangerous. Tibetan thangka painter Robert Beer comes to mind. His kundalini episode changed the course of his life. It's not like these experiences are not beneficial, but they should be approached with the utmost care and never forced. Only a mature body-mind can take it. Yet, I guess that's people's karma when they do happen.

You're probably right. I forgot to add that my feelings might be a bit specific because I'm a synaesthetic and I perceive every sound in my daily life, also through visualizations
Furthermore, after kundalini, I wouldn't dare take anything without being somewhere in nature with too many external stimuli.
I don't know his case, but I recognize this art colors also have their own strong energy.

I don't know about being right, but people should be aware of the consequences. The only difference between kundalini rising and a psychotic episode is in definitions or terms. What Eastern traditions call a spiritual opening would put most of us in a mental institution. We're living in the West and need to follow our culture's norms, for better or worse. Robert Beer never came down from his experience and needed to create a new life. It took him many years to realign with reality.

Sure, there is a degree to these openings, but when one starts to push and try to get something out of the experience, it tends to go downhill. It's better to relax into it instead and let the flow of life take the steering wheel, ime. Life created us all and knows what is required for our maturation. It's the same energy that lets the flowers bloom. Sit still with yourself and listen to the breath.
