This herbal extract OK for oral DMT use?

Will taking two capsules (total of 200mg) of this extract be enough for orally consumed DMT experience? Or is there a better alternative?

Edit: also, would caapi copy be better? the only site I can find that sells has the product "on hold"... can anyone recommend a different source?

That guy's harmalas are great. When I do oral DMT, 200mg of his stuff gives me five to six hour trips. Very efficient MAOI and zero nausea. I usually mix his stuff with THH or Caapi Copy for even more fun. I wish he'd make a caapi extract.

FV has THH...200mg... how much would you recommend taking on top of 200mg of the other extract?

I don't take more than 200mg total. So for instance I'd take 100mg of the ebay guys stuff and 100mg of THH.
