Time between steps of q21q21's A/B tek 1

Hello fellow hyperspace travelers,
I met this crazy entity the other day, calls itself SWIM, and they were discussing general extractions with me.

They asked me if I knew how long each step in Q21Q21's tek 1 should take before moving onto the next step, and I honestly wasn't sure. SWIM wanted to make its extraction the highest possible quality, and wasn't so concerned with getting it done in a super-timely manner, though 48 hours is about the limit for total extraction time.

1) add vinegar to shredded/powdered bark
stir for "z" mins
2) add near boiling water to vinegar-bark mix
stir for "y" mins, my guess was about 40
3) add lime to the acidified mix to basify
stir and let sit for "x" mins. this is the step SWIM most wanted to know about, that I really had no idea about. how long should SWIM ideally wait before continuing to the NPS phase?
4) add xylene to pull non-polar DMT molecules into the NPS
swish around for "w" mins, then pull out xylene

for the rest of the tek, SWIM already knew the answers, so he didn't ask what I thought about it. Can any of you help me out so I can pass the answers along to SWIM?

An hour for the acid simmer, an hour of base simmer, and about 10-20 minutes of solvent swirling. Can play with the times to increase/decrease yields but that is a basic starting point for further experimentation.

SWIM's tincture is quite strong. 2 drops in lightbulb vape really launched him further into his already extraterrestrial dimensions.
