so isis is planning on taking a journey tonight. In the past she used a glass herb pipe by simply laying her spice on top of some herb. Isis has no vap/gas burner or other recommended tools. Isis does have plenty of glass and a nice bong. Isis feels the calling to journey tonight. What would you recommend to her as for the best method of delivery?

Well, you've got a pipe, spice, and a lighter! How many options do you have? (I'm assuming you've read the FAQ)

Wouldn't recommend putting the spice on herb, though... methinks it would make for a much smoother journey on top of some more neutral plant material.

Don't put flame directly on the Spice. I'd recommend leavin a bit of ash in the bottom of the bowl, then some neutral herb, a lil spice, some more herb, some more spice, more herb. Then I'd say to light it well, don't try and be all "careful" on lighting it, just don't like TORCH it. When I used the pipe/sandwich method, I held the lighter over the bowl without inhaling until I seen the first glint of smoke rise, then I SLOWLY inhaled which brought the flame into the spice.

Most of all, make sure you don't cough.... it sucks.... like a hot metal spike jammed in your throat :( not fun for anyone.

hey, if you have some time and acetone, id personally recommend to add some acetone in your spice, and in that mixture drop some mint leaves (personal preference). Goal is to have a smooth smoke.
let it sit for few hours. The spice from the acetone will transfer in the leaves and acetone will evap - you'll know coz the leaves will be dry at that point. You can make all sorts of different Changa *yum yum, nom nom* blends.
Smoke em with a bowl without worrying about burning your spice. The leaves will burn nicely :)
Happy journeying!
