Toluene and Phosphoric Acid Unsafe Compatibility?

The chemical compatibility charts found online show Toluene and Phosphoric Acid as being unsafe. Can someone please confirm the reason why? Does the unsafe compatibiltiy apply to DMT extractions in an hazardous or toxic way? Or does it only apply to storage situations?

For example, if dilute phosphoric acid solution is used for an acid boil, is it then unsafe to use Toluene for a defat? Would Toluene still be unsafe to use after basifying with NaOH?

Storage of unspecified inorganic acids... and they appear to be incompatible for storage with most things.
Adding dilute phosphoric acid to toluene does not present a reactivity hazard.

This chart needs some context. It also appears to indicate that it's somehow safe to store molten sulfur with caustics and halogens with alkene oxides so I'd be tempted to suggest it's not something entirely to be relied upon. It's beyond basic.
