Topping up with water

I am following Cyb's hybrid A/B tek with 50g MHRB. Before adding naptha, can I top up with water to make the pulls easier from the narrow neck of my flask? Also, should I do the first pull at room temp and the later ones hot?

- Yes.

- Yes and don't heat over ~45c as it tends to pull other stuff as plant oil and whatnot.

Thanks DansMaTete! Do you mean 45 C at anytime in the heat bath or only when doing the pulls?
