im in scotland, we have a similar illusion of governance in this corporation (the United Kingdom of Great Britain) as well.
if you recieve parking fines, anything of that nature, you can simply write on the envelope "No Contract, Return To Sender".
the same applies with dealing with police.
the majority of the bacon brigade are clueless of the laws they are meant to "enforce".
you do NOT need to give ANY details, you are NOT obliged to.
you do NOT have to consent to ANY search of your person or your property.
unless you have broken Common Law, (ie causing harm to other people or their property) then you are free to do as you wish.
ie if the cops caught me with a joint in the street i would not give them any details and i would explain to them why i do not need to do so and that what i am doing is not illegal as i am not in fact an employee of the corporation of great britain and therefore am not breaking any of these BS laws, nor common law for that matter.
