Vaping with RDA for accurate dosage

So I want to do a volumetric dilution of 5-meo-dmt in PG
then my idea would be to use a RDA atomizer and fill the cottons with let say 0.1ml of PG that would contain 5mg of 5-meo-dmt

the method is attractive to me because I would be able to accurately measure the dose
but I'm worried, I'd put only small cottons in the coils, they'd not got out of the coil, will it still work? Do you think it would be possible to inhale the whole 0.1mL in just a few seconds? Will I inevitably burn the cotton?

I've never used a rda atomizer in my life so maybe there are many problems that I can't foresee

I'm afraid you can't wick and RDA with so little cotton. I suggest you wick it the same you would do for nicotine e-juice, load it with just PG (or better yet 60%PG 40%VG) and weigh the assembly. Take a hit and weigh again, take another and weigh. Repeat this process a number of times so that you can effectively calculate how many mg you're vaping for a standard x seconds toke (try to keep toke length constant). At that point you know everything you need to dilute your 5-meo in the juice.
As an indication if you're using a single coil RDA with a 5-6 turns coil of fused clapton wire (comes included most of the time), you should set your mod between 15W and 20W and take 5-6s tokes. Let's say you vapourise 50mg total, you should prepare a 1 in 10 dilution, that is 10mg 5-meo and 90mg liquid. This is just an example.

Late reply but i just tried synthetic freebase 5-meo-dmt dissolved in 40/60 PG/VG with an RDA (geekvape loop dual port) and it worked perfectly fine!

You don't have to use less cotton for wick just add your cotton wick as usual not too thin neither too packed. Pre-soak your wick partially (not to point of saturation) with 0% nicotine PG/VG mix. i used flavored e-juice (fruit Candy). All i had to do was add the freebase juice directly on the coils (one drop on each coil)

Since the wick is already partially pre-saturared the cotton inside the coils wont absorb much freebase juice so the drops will stay near the coil surface so there's barely any loss of product to wick.

I tried concentrating the freebase juice further and soaked the wick more with inert juice and this allowed me to use less active juice on the coils surface. This way it worked even better.

Highly efficient and economical. I also tried this same method to vaporize an extract of a 5-meo-dmt strain of phalaris. The extract was in the form of an acetate salt. This also worked flawlessly. I barely was able to perceive the extract smell but all i needed was one medium hit to get a medium intensity experience.

I hope this was helpful. I'm glad I didn't buy the RTA atomizer .. RDA is already perfect!
