This plant has reported to contain 5-meo-dmt and some other tryptamines. The report is here http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/113291931/abstract?CRETRY=1&SRETRY=0

SWIM has been unable to yield much of anything except a few milligrams of white residue using simple A/B procedure from 100g material. SWIM thinks the plant contains insignificant amounts of 5-meo-dmt unless there is something about 5-meo-dmt that makes it unstable in base or acid or something funny? Anyone with experience extracting this compound have any comments?

Anyone else have any exp with this plant? If you haven't SWIM recommends not to bother.

5-MeO-DMT is probably instable in alkaline solutions. Extract at no higher than pH 9.5. That's what SWIM uses.
