virola resin alkaloid content

I have been trying to find some reference point for virola resin alkaloid %. I've seen forum speculation from 5-10% for virola theo. and 5-25% for virola calo. I can't seem to find a real solid information-reference point. Also there is talk of rapid degeneration of alkaloids.
