Swim took a few massive hits out of his gvg and proceeded to go Into the Radius via Meta Quest Oculus 2 hoping for an enhanced experience similar to Shrooms. Imagine his surprise when he found himself in an 8-bit environment with graphics that were so terrible, they actually made him lol.
The implications were lost on him so he tried again, expecting different results maybe. Instead, it was the exact same thing, exactly. Then, when he took off the headset, reality looked just like VR. It wasn't low quality VR though, it was the most advanced he had ever seen. The difference was in the details though. The edges and surfaces were far too clean to be real and none of the electronic devices had brand names on them and they all looked like a template of what the were. Instead of a Samsung or Vizio TV, it is just a generic representation of a flatscreen. His Dads war metals hanging on the wall were cartoonish. The doors, the air vents, all perfect examples of what they are supposed to be instead of the flawed and used things that they actually are(I think). You know, scuffed up and a little dirty, they usually are. Even the trees outside looked like they were straight out of Minecraft, only with smaller blocks, you know, higher resolution.
Swim is wondering if this happens to everyone or only him and if everyone, what can we learn from this? It seems extremely indicative of something.
