What this guy says seems to make alot of sense.. I know there are lots of scientist and biologist types here..what do you guys think? I had heard it was bad to take too much ascorbate acid but now I take 2 grams a day and think I will try even more..and apparently calcium ascorbate is much better becasue it is closer to the way animals synthesize it endogenously and is not acidic for you're body.
