Nah that's overkill. May as well should shake it and let it seperate about 3 times and then get it out of there.

3 sessions of 10 minute agitations each should be all you need.

If you really want to milk it, do an A/B. STB's don't do as well with long term solvent soaks. That being said, your first three pulls should be done within an hour or so. If you want to do a 4th just to make sure, you can soak it as long as you'd like, but some of the naphtha may be eaten by the mimosa sludge that forms.
