Weird Salvia vacuum?

So me and alot of my friends have noticed that salvia always seems to have a very intense pulling sensation as well as a weird tendency to make people think theyre objects (cups,couches,blankets).... Does anyone know why this is or have any similar personal experiences in this matter?

Yes and yes. Other effects I've noticed are tingling skin, sweating, going into a 2D folding reality and feeling trapped in there, a strong feeling that the people you know in your sober life are not real, and other stuff. I like lower doses where you can feel connected and part of nature, in what sometimes seems like a plant conciousness to me.

Yeah i noticed the tingling and i have definitely felt the trapped feeling your talking about, except i felt liked i was being sucked in and trapped. I thought about trying quidding but read that alot of the time its so weak you dont even notice it.

I like quidding, but yeah it can be very variable between people and some may not feel much.

In the salvia forum section there has been some interesting work on buccal absorption using different approaches.

That pulling sensation is so very bizarre!
Salvia is such a strange one. It was my first psychedelic and will always have a special place in my mind. Never scary as some people feel, just very bizarre.
