What is a "cone"

SWIM has been reading about Changa, and he sees the term 'cone' being used frequently. What exactly does this refer to?

Are the posts referring to smoking the changa in a rolled cigarette? If thats the case then they would be referring the shape of the cigarette being wider at the lighting end and thinner toward the mouthpiece, this is called a cone.

If thats not it then I'm not sure, be interesting to know what thread you were reading.

"Cone" is an Australian slang term... you smoke a "cone" of weed. It has to do with the shape of the bowls that you typically find on bongs in Australia. The roughly equivalent American term is "bowl".
