What is the main benefit of Purifying Mescaline Acetate?

Let's say you did 69ron's D-Limonene tek and got a good amount of mescaline acetate. Why would you go ahead and do the MEK step and purify the crystals?

Ron says in the tek that the Acetate crystals work great as they are.

Plus, to purify them, you have to deal with MEK and that is not desirable.

For accurate dosing, but it's never really been a problem. Even when faintly dissappointed, it was always worthwhile. I've never bothered purifying, and in fact I'll add flour or something to make it easier to handle and measure. If for some reason I think there might be a lot of contaminates, I might consider doing it, but that's never happened. And unlike most other psychedelics, you don't build tolerance so redosing is not a problem either, just be prepared for a long journey.

my novelty idea is to separate with mek then redose with alkaloids 2.5 hrs into the pure mescaline acetate to get a synergistic wallop exclusive to extraction and isolation.

however i prefered taking it as was (rock o acetate) and forgoing the extra chemicals for the sake of my body, now there is none left to play with

Sometimes the MEK purification is not possible if your mescaline acetate does not fully dry to powder. This can be as a result of evaporating the vinegar at a higher temperature.

So I'm guessing the best way to evaporate the vinegar is to just let it sit in open air with no heat, right?

take a food dehydrator and cut out a layer from the shelf, put a pie dish in that void, put your acetate liquid in that dish, dehydrate, works like a charm every time.

another reason it wont solidify is because of orange oil contamination, make sure to properly separate your nps from your salt before this evap

Don't want to sound like a total noob here, but what exactly do you mean by this? I hopefully am doing Ron's Tek this weekend and I don't want to screw anything up.

NPS=Non Polar Solvent, in this case limonene.
