Just did my first sticky, slightly gooey, fluffy white crystals today. I don't know if it is just me, but it seems as though the white has more of a smoother come-up, plateau, and come-down than the orange or brownish stuff? The pure white even seems to involve less anxiety, and the after effects lasted and flowed longer than the usual sudden drop.

After saying all of this though, the most potent shit I ever had looked brown and decrepit...;)

Thanks!

I can definately notice difference between white and orange DMT. The difference is hard to describe, but white is slightly "smoother". Orange has definately it's own thing going and some of the craziest journeys I've had included inhalation of orange DMT. Also the orange DMT has much stronger scent than pure white.

You see I reckon it's the other way round. Just goes to show how unique the experience is to every individual.

I prefer smoking the slightly darker orangey spice. I find it smoother, more grounded, more organic/earthy and less manic and geometric.

Each to their own imo :)

Peace

PW

Thanks anrchy! That particular batch of entheogens was pretty dark brown and crumbled at the slightest touch.

I feel very similar. I've often described it as organic and earthy as well. It's a bit funkier too for me.

You nailed it, that's what I couldn't describe.😉
It doesn't say a whole lot, but after experiencing the funky side it's a great description.

In my experience, not only is the orange stuff more organic feeling and somewhat "warmer", it seems to be more forgiving to a neophyte's vaporization skills or lack thereof. The orange stuff seems to contain traces (to a significant % corresponding to the intensity of the orange color) of plant oils that ostensibly insulate the dmt and raises it's vaporization point to a place more manageable with a plain old bowl and lighter.

I used to give the purest whitest stuff I had to first timers, wanting their experience to be profound, but slowly discovered that they always seems to fare better with some waxy orange spice. Frankly, so did I.

IME the wider-spectrum orange pulls are more introspective and less focused on the visuals. I can't really say they cause a less-visual trip, just that my attention is less on the visuals and moreso on the meaning that is found there. I usually give my white/clear pulls to friends and keep the orange crayon wax for myself.

I find on the other hand them to be equally visual, just the visuals can be somewhat different.

You cant argue that completely pure dmt is clear and crystalline. So what is it about the yellow/orange/red spice that people like it more or think its stronger? I thought the consenus was that the color was plant oils?

This, as endlessness already pointed out, is unfounded speculation ;)

My own unfounded speculation is that the orange is more forgiving and can be less jolting
. With the white less is more.
I,m fond of the orange I like the way it works .

Not entirely unfounded. My personal experience bears this out. In any case, any answer to this question is going to be speculation.

But basically at least we have two kinds of orange: That which was pulled orange and that which has changed color from exposure to oxygen

Your personal experience cannot verify that the color intensity has a positive correlation to the % plant oils present in dmt of a given color. I do not dispute that you have different experiences when you smoke different colored spice, but the cause for that cannot be determined just by smoking it. I agree wholeheartedly that any answer to this is speculation (at least until someone does a controlled experiment on subjective effects alongside gc/ms'd spice of varying colors/compositions). That is all I was saying, and feel is important to remember.

And yes, tele...now we need some analysis :)
