Will SWIM Face Legal Consequences?

SWIM wants to buy a glass pipe. SWIM is under 18 and lives in Scotland. SWIM wants to buy the glass pipe from amazon.co.uk which says that they don't sell anything to under 18s despite the fact that SWIM who is under 18 has been buying things from them for quite some time. SWIM can't find any notice on the pipe to say that it can't be sold to under 18s. If SWIM buys a glass pipe from amazon.co.uk with his debit card even though he is under 18 will he be breaking the law? Will the police break down SWIM's door to take the glass pipe away? Is it a good pipe for smoking DMT? SWIM WOULD make the machine but he doesn't have pliers, a torch and a drill which he needs to make the machine.

I don't live in the UK but honestly, I doubt the cops would come to your house because you bought a "tobacco pipe" online, even if you are under 18. Worst case scenario is probably them keeping your money and not sending you the piece because they find out your underage from your card info. If I were you though I'd just layer it between some herbs (weed, parsely, ect.) in a small pipe and smoke it that way.

Terrible advise to give to underage people.
