will this work?? dmt resin from phalaris.. Please Reply!!!

i read a tutorial somewhere to do a full extraction on phalaris grass to create a smokeable resin. i am not worried about any of the toxins in the plant. the steps consisted of chopping up fresh phalaris grass in a blender with vinnegar. next he strained out the grass and let the vinnegar evaporate and smoked the tar-like remains and acheved effects along with being sick for the next few days.. does this sound realistic?

*note* today i followed the steps and created the phalaris "resin" i put a small amount ontop of a bed of ashes then took a small first hit. nothing happend so i tried a medium size hit and held it in for about 10 secconds, it tasted nasty and nothing happend. any ideas?? do you think the plant im using isnt phalaris? when the leafs are heated in water/vinnegar they producs a very strong nasty smell, does that sound right?

look at the joint where the leaf meets the stalk. if there is a small whitish-clear membrane it is probably phalaris. If it has little hairs instead then it's not active.

If your grass has a little membrane, try doing 3x defats, basifying, pull with naphtha. this clean it up considerably.

Please dont just be smoking up plant resins(or any plant) to get high, especialy unidentified plants.

But what I wonder, how much of what was pulled by just adding the vinegar, and what form would it be in? Salt? Im also not suprised that this would make one sick for a few days, or even worse....

Get proper ID of this phalaris first, then try and figure out a way to extract just the DMT, no gramines and toxins, just the DMT.

But till then, get some MHRB and extract from that

Why not??? This seems like very rash and potentially stupid behavior. What reasons could you possibly have to throw caution to the wind in such a manner?

im not worried about the gramine and toxins, im not going to be constantly smoking this. i just want to experience dmt 1 time and i know 1 -2 hits of gramine isnt going to kill me.

How do you know? Do you know of any studies of the effects of vaporized gramine at different dosages in humans to be able to assert with so much certainty that its safe as you plan on doing?

no but have u hurd of anyone dieing from gramine at all? im takeing 1-2 hits and i allready smoked what i had with no success im not that worried about it
