Swinging my kettlebell every 3rd day now. It's fun and my neck feels better already

@Voidmatrix I would like to formally apologize for my post earlier in this thread, where I shared a panel from Bosch‘s, Garden of Earthly Delights, and suggested that you were the man in the bottom-right corner, preparing to fornicate with a pig dressed as a nun. Not only was this post completely uncalled for, but it also had nothing to do with the topic of this thread, which is that of exercise. In addition to offering this public apology, I also plan to do 20 push-ups (not all at once) as a form of restorative justice. May your muscle-ups be effortless, today and forevermore.

Sincerely,

ommani

This week:
Sunday - Give my late 80's mother her first Yoga session, I remember Yoga being "the Devil's work" in our Christian household when I was a kid! She must now be an agent of evil! :D If I'm good I'll keep this up once a week to get her back moving more as she's had almost a year off her weekly exercise routine.
Monday - Full Yoga session.
Tuesday - Rest Day, do the 'life' things.
Wednesday - Light Gym Session, various dumbbell squats then Hex-bar squats, going for reps rather than load. Flat bench, Incline bench, hanging knee raises, some banded shoulder things.
Thursday - Almost full Yoga Session.
Friday - Full Yoga Session.
Saturday - work!
Sunday - day of rest (no Yoga for Mum this time due to work Saturday)

Just at the moment, after a few weeks of very heavy unrelenting work my back might be feeling just a little more stable with faster recovery so I'm thinking to lean into this and try make sure I get at least 1 weights session done each week.
Though we'll see how that goes, I may just hurt all the effing time, or I may get stronger and not hurt and not be totally knackered!

I have a bio-weight that gets heavier everyday, and sometimes even cries until I pick it up. I'm now picking it up around 50 times a day, even waking up twice a night for a workout.

I’m confused, are you saying you’ve got a giant amethyst crystal that gets heavier by the day, and you’re so attuned to its frequency that you can literally hear it “crying” to be picked up? Just the thought of that scenario is enough to stop my mind in its tracks, so I can only imagine how you must be feeling.

Good heavens no lmao. I'm talking about a squishy little human 😂

Though I guess that includes their brain aka a liquid bio-crystalline resonator according to some researchers. So yea maybe you're not far off - a biocrystal with cute, intense eye contact and a propensity for crying (and poopin)
