Would it be good to have a ideal Glassware for Size of Extraction list?

This is something that sort of frustrates me during an extraction, it feels like I always have the wrong size of containers / glassware for the volume of liquid I end up with.

For simplicity lets think of STB extractions though it should still follow for the volumes during A/B extractions once the Naphtha is in, my thinking is that if using something like an Erlenmeyer flask which tapers up at the top leaving a narrower but deeper volume up towards the neck which is ideally suited to pipetting off the Solvent.

I've tried a few things, Swing-top Kilner Jars, Erlenmeyer flasks, big Pickled Egg Jars etc. I end up feeling like I've always got the wrong size.

As a totally fake example, something like:

50g Plant material = 0.5L Flask
100g Plant material = 0.5L Kilner Jar
200g Plant material = 1L Flask
250g Plant Material = Pickled Egg Jar etc etc etc
*These are completely made up btw*

I've just watched through a YT vid I had bookmarked, so the following works for a 1 Litre Erlenmeyer flask so wonder if this could be a baseline that could be doubled or halved:

750ml Distilled water
100g Caustic dissolved in the 750ml water
100g MHRB mixed into the Caustic water solution
*multiple thorough mixes*
150ml Naphtha
Total= Approx. 1 Litre, maybe a little more, in a 1 Litre Erlenmeyer flask

My current on-going 125g extraction only ended up with a very shallow layer of Naphtha on top of the MHRB soup in a Pickled Egg Jar (2.27 L) which was going to cause problems when I come to pipette off so I've split it between 2x 1L Erlenmeyer flasks.

Which would be best, add a little more water to each flask / add a little salt-saturated water to each / or simply add more Naphtha?? (I'll be Freeze Precip so used Naphtha will be recovered)

But yeah, its tempting to order a 500ml and a 2L Flask for future extractions

Btw, I ended up adding a little more Lye, a little Salt and a bit more water and Naphtha, extraction has gone well.
Had some time off work so really took my time between Naphtha pulls, I swirled soup a several times each day then pipetted the Naphtha off after 24 hours, 3 days, 3 pulls, first pull was freeze precip over about 36 hours in Freezer, the second and third pulls were put in another freezer dish.
I've been trying to make my process as lazy and inconsequential as possible, I'll weigh my powder in a couple of days after its fully gassed off in a warm place.
