Would like to speak to experienced members about the trips I have had

Migrated topic.
There is nothing wrong with missing someone, or missing the good times you had with your ex. In fact, since you said you were in denial about it, probably your dmt experience just brought the feeling up, which you had been surpressing. and what does a denied emotion want? it wants to be felt. What I would try to do is let the emotion exist within you, without clinging to it, without feeding it, but also without denying it or turning away from it. Let it exist and let it pass, and move on.

I like to think of these things (denied emotions) as charges or knots of energy that are somehow trapped within us and psychedelics can help us release these "knots" so that our life's energy flows through us more freely. So that we are better capable of adapting to and accepting the world around us and the love around us.

dmt will rarely give you your answers straight. It's a good idea to let an experience sit with you for a while before drawing conclusions. DMT didn't tell you to reconnect to you ex, it probably just showed you what you were carrying inside of you. What you do with that knowledge is up to you.
