Well first let me say, since the nexus only allows 18 and older this would not be pertaining to them, more towards the generation born the 95 year.
Upon watching some morning show maybe it was The Doctors, but anyway this guy had made a very good point, He had asked the question are men growing up becoming less manly? He said the younger generations just seem to be caught completely up in their smart-phones or their computers. He made the point that 20 years back men used to be very handy, knew how to fix things, such as a car, or a lawnmower.
It made me think a little bit, Surely a man becoming less manly is not a bad thing because all of have both feminine and masculine qualities, whether the man decides to show his girl-y side, or the woman her manly side, we have it both.
this is not the concern, this seems very true that young boys or men can not do anything industrious with their hands, i know when i was 16ish 17ish i was learning how to change a car oil, how to side and roof a house, these kids now a days spend most of the day in front of their screen.
Another thing to add to technology, i often see more than less people walking the streets with phones practically glued to their face.
And to add one more thing off topic from above, Watching something with this man speaking of food and what can we do to make sure that it does not become scarce. Now he made one really good point, We throw out enough food to basically feed every homeless person in the world, whether our food is not finished and thrown out, or we don't even have the time to eat it so it goes moldy and we throw it out, Lots and lots of food molded and wasted even at stores when so many are starving in the world.
You know i am very saddened when i see a homeless, walking the street but then what is there to do for that person, because you know surely 2 blocks from him is another one, and so on.
Idk these ideas have just been floating around my head and i needed to share them thank you for your time.
