25c-NBOMe and MAOIs?

This is a potentially deadly combination. Do not consider it further. The NBOMe's have PLENTY of potential negative health effects already, up to and including death.
I once hit a bowl of spice-only enhanced leaf that had merely been used previously for harmalas-containing changa while on 25C-NBOMe. I immediately got a pounding headache, dizzyness, (more) rapid heartbeat, and marked vasoconstriction. Ruined the last 3 or 4 hours of that trip. Fought off the vasoconstriction with the only dialators available - cannabis, ginger, and alcohol. The headache persisted honestly into the next day, as did minor tachycardia and vascoconstriction. That was a really small dose of changa residue - I imagine I would have gone into a crisis of some sort had I actually smoked changa.

Well, that is interesting. Sister has smoked changa on several occasions while under the influence of different NBOMe's (C, I & B) and have uniformly good experiences. But have never tried it with a stronger MAOI than 10X cappi extract.
Seritonin syndrome is sometimes precipitated by mixing MAOIs and MDMA which is why that combo should be avoided. But don't know that NBOMe's cause large releases of serotonin the same way MDMA does ...
