A few months ago I posted about my experiment with a special meditation technique that i made up (and still practice). You can read about it here The OFFICIAL Binaural Beat Thread - Methods of Exploring Consciousness - Welcome to the DMT-Nexus . I was doing some research and I just now realized what happened to me. I astrally projected and didn't even know it! I will keep developing this technique to see if I can make it easier to do, or to get to that phase. If anyone is interested in knowing more about it just leave a comment below. I would PM but I'm not yet a full member lol. But I would really like to talk more about my experience and to have other people try my methods with me to see if they get similar results.

Great! Have you read from my last experiment? Do you understand the method that is used or do you want me to put it into more detail? I would love to have someone explore this with me. I'm going to try to recreate this experience again without the sleep deprivation. I will right a trip report on first steps in hyperspace and make a link to it from this conversation. I'm so excited 😁

Hey Damias did it feel like if you looked back you could see yourself laying bed by any chance?

I've had an experience meditating before that felt like an OBE where I could see myself meditating in the room as if my mind and body were separate. Your report seems way heavier and real than what I went through. A detailed report would be cool to read.

The first time I ever astrally projected I had sleep paralysis for about half an hour first and kept trying to roll over and get up because I heard something scratching on my bedroom door. Eventually, I rolled over walked a couple of steps and couldn't move, at which point I realized I was out of my body because I had read in multiple places that the hardest part is getting away from your body.

I grabbed the edge of my bed and kept trying to go forward, but couldn't; after maybe 15 seconds I suddenly snapped back into my body and was able to move.
