Hello, I have put 250 grams of ACRB in the blender. I expected to clean it easy with water only. But after a lot of cleaning with different detergents there is still some strong smell from the ACRB. Even boiling it with vinegar didnt do much. This is the first time I get in touch with extracting and want to know if this is usual for the ACRB and how can one get rid of the odor after making it into powder.

Can't say I've ever noticed a smell.. if anything it smells slightly floral...Woody....
Yes, it is something between wood and dirt, but it is really sharp. Maybe I made a mistake grinding it for 10 straight seconds, causing overheating of the blender or else.
It is interesting for me if anyone else has encounter something similar.
I ordered the ACRB from a famous worldwide site for trading (you could guess it easy) from two different merchants and the smell of the ACRB is same in both.
Anyway after persistently cleaning of all parts the blender almost got away from the smell. Have to threw away the sponge I was cleaning with, because it catched from the scent.
In future I would suggest using blender only for this purpose.
It is interesting for me if anyone else has encounter something similar.

I've had to throw plenty away, though it's usually because the bark beats the crap outta coffee grinders and stains everything a nice maroon color.
Never because of the smell, haha usually no unpleasant smells arise untill basification during extraction. That usually has a pretty pungent smell.

I decided to do it tomorrow, dont want to rush the process. By researching a lot of tek`s i decided to use Cybs`s with MHRB and Thick-Light`s for the ACRB, cause i was hesitating which one to try first and ended with ordering 200g from each ( MHRB and ACRB).
Tomorrow i will need to buy naptha, and i am not sure which one to pick from zippo lighter premium fuel or in one other threat there was mentioned it can be used paint degreaser, but still i am not sure how to decide which naptha is good and which is better. For example brake cleaner will evaporate without leaving any oil after it, the degreaser will do the same, but how to know which of them to pick or it is either way ok. I bet there is a lot of info just waiting to be found, but just wanted to share what is on my mind right now.
Few days ago after research has been made my GVG arrived. I am absolute newbie, but decided to go for the best.
So hope by the end of the week to have my first raport.
