Advice on cooking MHRB please.

Hello DMT-Nexus. SWIM has about 200 gr MHRB left, that was ordered December last year, kept in the fridge in a non-transparent bag. He is going to receive next week 50:1 yellow caapi dry-powder extract from Maya.

So, how should the MHRB be prepared for an ayahuasca-like effect ?

How much MHRB should be used for one trip ?
Should SWIM finely-grind the chopped MHRB pieces before cooking ?
How long should it be cooked ?

SWIM thinks to make a MHRB "tea" and after filtering it (the MHRB sludge should not be consumed - so he learned) dissolve the caapi extract in it. Is this ok ?

Please advice SWIM on the procedures . He has never experienced ayahuasca, but has experienced DMT several times
 
And also... forgot asking about the diet.

What do you guys eat before you ingest ayahuasca ? And how long before and after the trip should SWIM keep a special diet ? Is 12 hours ok not to have problems ? SWIM know about tiramine containing foods, so SWIM will not eat any cheese, no overipe fruits likes bananas. Are cereals ok? How about an apple ? Bread ? Please give me example of foods you eat before.
