Yes 'easily' ... I muse.... aloud... is this another case demonstratring why it is important to do 'proper procdure' when attempting to solubilize and extract tryptamines from MHRB..? Everyone knows now, since I've been saying it over-and-over ... and since any chemist will tell you - "solubilize the tryptamines first" ... ! And that requires pH of 2- 4. That fact plus filtration puts all the dmt in the MHRB at your command. From this you will get the MOST white snow-globe 'shards' of dmt possible per gram of MHRB used. The Lye-stew is bad for you, bad for dmt (pH of 13.5 .>! pwhaah! ..), and yeilds low quality, and 50% of the quantity... when you do it right. Why do you even bother..? Which 'chemist' amongst us, piping up here isn't being convincing enough ..!? The Lye-bucket method is not worth the cost of the MHRB, ... the risk to your body and brain .. lips and face ... not even the hair on your chin..! Clearly newbies especially, ought to stay away from lye-stew 'teks' ... Another side-observation ... Bad teks are good for keeping bulletin board threads going ... about how poor the result is etc etc ... discussing the actual failings in detail.. ! Posting pictures even ... ! But then people keep trying it, and presumably even smoking the suspicious yeild ...!> This is spreading mis-information ... and risk around. I see few threads explaining the failings of an acid-base procedure. I had to learn by mistake too. Practice an acid-base method, learn how to filter the acid extract (Whatman 100 brand works well). Practice 'proper procedure' a few times instead of choosing a 'tek' that seems "easy", and refusing to learn what each stage entails, chemically, logistically etc ... ...
