I am hoping it is much less potent than the last batch.

I am going to reduce 10g of caapi leaf down onto a gram of herbs of my choosing. When that is all said and done, and from what I've read here, that 1g will end up at something like 2 grams.

I'm striving for what is typical as per the original post.... "What seems to be “typical” in some regards is 1g DMT, 1g herbs, and 300mg harmalas". Would I be best just using 1.3 grams of the now caapi enhanced herb mixture with 1g DMT?

I suppose people use freebase for a reason because from what I understand, caapi leaf strength varies a lot, so it would be hard to come up with any equivalence, say Y grams of 10x caapi leaf = X mg freebase, but if anyone has any idea on that, that would be great.

I'd say go ahead and infuse the DMT into that and see what happens.

You could also make a smaller batch to test the potency before committing to a batch with a full gram of DMT in it.

Alternatively, you could also just go for it, and if it seems weak on the caapi front, infuse more, smoalk some beforehand, or administer sublingually, or orally.

Tried it tonight got a small pull in and thats all I needed, a few redose's with the yocan and before I really knew what was going on 90 minutes had gone by and I was ready to wind down for the night. So far my favorite medicine I have made yet.

Not that I'm particularly keen on the concept of smoking these days but I'm slowly getting a few things to have a go at this:

Blue Lotus
Anything else I should add herby? I guess i need a proper read through of this thread properly, had a skim over a little this morning.

I've already got extracted Harmalas FB and obviously I have NN DMT
I've got some proper grain alcohol for making tinctures that I've made weed extract drops from before, I'm not a fan of using Isopropyl in something I'm going to consume I'll keep that for cleaning stuff!

I'm guessing I can just load my weed pipe with the results or roll a joint?

Those two herbs will be good. You can always add more if you want.

You can simply pack a bowl or roll a joint. The joint will waste some medicine, but it's your call.

if I was to use 500mg DMT in a mix would that be too little, I'm not sure I want to use a full G on what might be a one-time-experiment. so maybe 50:50 on the Mullein & Blue Lotus, 300mg Harmalas and 500mg NN - Should I go a little heavier on the Harmalas for less NN?

I'm guessing a weed-grinder consistency is needed?

And do i pick out the hard center stalk bit of the Blue Lotus before grinding or is it all fair game??

I make tiny batches as well that should be a great mix, Also agree with void that a joint would be really hard to handle or finish a bowl is the way.

I don't grind anything usually, but that may be due to receiving my herbs in a fashion that allows them to be worked with as they are. However, I forgot to mention, remove stems, they are unpleasant to smoke.

If it's hard, I remove it. I get those lil black pieces in my blue lotus as well.

Would a pinch of Citric Acid help with dissolving / distributing the harmalas? Or would it turn the DMT FB into DMT Citrate and spoil the mix?

There would be a significant likelihood of the DMT getting protonated, which may well impair its smoking properties. I'd be disinclined to do it, other than to prepare a small batch for comparison with a citric-free blend.

Here's my little mix:
500mg NN DMT FB (Plus a little I'd recovered from my Freeze precip dishes so guessing 5-10mg extra)
400mg Harmalas
580mg Mullein
580mg Blue Lotus
Herbs covered with enough 95% Grain Alcohol plus approx 10mm
I'll keep giving this a swirl over the next few days, maybe a week

*I now have a sacred Jar too it was a Jamaican Jerk Seasoning jar so maybe I should add just a little hint of Weed next time too! And come to think of it I have a bunch of old homegrown that I could make changa from!*
