My friend who has done a lot of drugs in his life was telling me a story yesterday about this drug he did one time which they had called "Animation Creation". He doesn't know if it has any other names or what it even was exactly... He basically said it made everything around him turn in to a cartoon. The chairs looked normal, but all of the colors of everything looked like they had been colored in. He also saw different cartoon characters from cartoons he watched in his youth such as Yosemite Sam. Anyone ever heard of anything like this? I'm curious about any information on the topic.

Never heard of such a drug. that name "Animation Creator" is prolly just a random name that someone decided to call their drug; kinda like how people will name some random shit for different strains of weed, like "blue angel" or "golden buddha":lol:
i'm guessing it was a psychedelic of some sort, but the info you have provided is not specific enough to make an identification. acid, shrooms, and mescaline can do that too; but it could also be an RC

You need to find out more info, for ex:
how long was the trip? was it stimulating or sedating? what did this drug look like? how did it smell? what was its texture? at what dosage was it active? what were the mental effects? other visual effects?
there are just too many factors, and you need to be as specific as possible.
