Anyone else concerned about uk seizures?

SWIM has just started out in his DMT discovery, but after trying recently to obtain some mimosa from uk vendors he feels it may be over before it has really started!

MH UK is having issues with seizures of their imports, as are interesting herbs and jim jam shop. SWIM has read elsewhere on the nexus that jim jam shop expects to be up and running in jan (phew!) but what of the UK suppliers?

Is this a recent development? Does anyone know of any changes in the UK laws or what has brought this on?

SWIM has made an order from natural hut but has not received any confirmation yet so has everything crossed! :?

I placed an order with MH-UK last year (29th dec), previously mimosahostilis . co . uk, and have had no word from them yet, nor responses to emails, other than 'payment accepted'
I contacted the guy's phone number, and he says powdered bark is now deemed 'illegal' to sell/import to the uk, and shipments have been delayed by 2 weeks. He later corrected this to 3-4 weeks (which, incidentally, _just_ takes me out of the PayPal protection period). I've heard this guy is trusted from the forum... *crosses fingers*
But yeah. Very concerned indeed.

Its my understanding that only the powerdered bark is sometimes siezed in the UK, because it is powdered it is considered pre-prepared...but you should still be able to get whole bark.
But im not UK so i cant be sure

Yeah skyblaze, my cat was in a similar situation, had a pending order from mhuk but then found out they were having issues with stock.
I sent an email requesting a refund and got one within 5 minutes (10 days to clear through paypal) so i cant complain. He seemed very genuine and nice so i wouldn't worry too much you should be ok. Could always request a refund?
And as for natural hut, cant praise them enough, placed on order was very happy with the product and swiftly placed another. Ridiculously fast delivery, placed an order at 6pm and it came the next day! It is whole bark tho, only downside.

Yeah, I sent the guy a message today, asking for a refund if my order can't be sent within a week. Turns out it got dispatched today! :d Can't wait, I've been looking forward to making some dyes for ages. Nearly died when I thought mh was being make illegal just as I made my mind up to finally make some.
Anyone heard anything about any recent UK/European legislation changes? It seems like powdered mh shipments are being intercepted from everywhere to everywhere, and apparently it's not allowed to be sold in the UK now? Whole or shredded only. I'm a little new to the scene, has this happened before and it just blows over, or is this a major turning point in 'erbal laws? :shock:
And yeah, getting whole bark here too. Not that bothered, means making the dye is a more personal ritual, eh?
