From my limited knowledge, those plants are for both males and females.
In females they ease menopause symptoms, balancing hormones and improve libido.
Basically everything OP wants..
It depends on what the specific imbalance is. That is generally true for post-menopausal women, but not always, and not for every other kind of imbalance.
On the other hand, I don't think it would hurt to try some of those plants, as from what I've read it's highly dubious that they have much of an effect on testosterone. If those do have an effect on libido, it's likely through other means.
I feel good old Syrian Rue could be of help here. Maybe you won't get the hormonal response you seek, but it puts one in a more open, relaxed, and sensual state.
Other aphrodisiacs should work more strongly in combination with Rue too. Maybe try a Rue incense together with other plants and create a proper setting for it
