Im not sure. Since I dont have the perfect definition of it. But This seemed to happen at one point were swim tried to inhale about 4-5 grain of rice sized piled of spice. I think swim took to much...got half of the effects and felt paralyzed. Many nerves were twitching and moving of the arms was scary because it felt like swims veins would just pop out. Breathing was incredibly heavy. One breath after another.
Atrial or auricular fibrillation is characterised by the pulse becoming irregular. Now, the pulse can be 'regularly irregular' eg 3 evenly spaced beats felt at the wrist follwed by say a beat thats earlier (or indeed later) than expected and this pattern is repeated again and again.
With AF, the pulse is 'irregularly irregular" ie there is no discernible rhythm to the beats.AF doesnt have to be faster than normal (N=60-100 beats per minute). If you had a stethoscope to your chest you would hear the first heart sound varies in its intensity and if you were to feel your pulse whilst listening to your ticker, you would hear some beats which are not strong enough to be transmitted to and felt at the wrist.
But I appreciate that when you enter Hyperspace it becomes tricky to analyse these things properly...so on balance its hard to say if your auricles were a-fibrillating during your trip!
