My girlfriend and I watched the BBC nature documentary Planet Earth on the tail end of an acid trip, The episode was about deserts and it totally blew our minds, I really can't stress enough how amazing it was, the level of detail and the way it is shot really lends its self well to high-tend states of visual sensation! you should really check this series out if you haven't already it is incredible.

Does anyone have any suggestions of something equally amazing and beautiful to watch when not tripping so hard that laying down requires all your attention:shock: ?

As far as nature and David David Attenborough goes I'd watch BBC's Life, equally as good as Planet Earth if not better.

For trippy interesting shit I thoroughly suggest Waking Life and The Fountain.

On one acid trip a friend and I watched several episodes of the Life documentary series, muted with Hendrix's electric ladyland playing over the top- absolutely beautiful and hilarious :)
If I were to do a similar thing again I'd use the Madagascar nature docs- amazing creatures!
