Ayahuasca pancake recipe

Migrated topic.
yeah exactly what I need ! thanks Chef House, you should open a psychedelic restaurant !

with permission from house, a very old recipe that with a little modification will make excellent ayapancakes

fyi this will make a half dozen so measure acordingly

sift together:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons double acting baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 table spoon sugarcane syrup (use 1 table if all you have is refined sugar

and according measure of harmala in either cappi or extracted form (assume for extracted, add between 1 and 1.5 grams of cappi (this will measure out to between 160 to 250mg respectively)

now here is the critical part, you need a high power beater and the ability to separate eggs

separate 3 eggs from yolks, its ok if the whites get in with the yolks, but you cannot let the yolks get in with the whites, this is critical.

get the whites in with a high power beater, you want them nice and fluffy, the fluffier those whites are the better

beat together:
the three egg yolks
5 tablespoons of pig's grease (or butter the lard is better though)
1.5 cups of milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
teaspoon of Cinnamon

add to the dry powder from before, mix like crazy.

now here is another critical part, add in nuts (pecans or walnuts are best) and sliced bananas, evenly distribute them, then take those fluffy egg whites and FOLD THEM INTO THE BATTER!!! DONT MIX DONT STIR, PICK UP THE BATTER WITH THE SPATULA AND FOLD IT IN!!! you dont need to do this much just enough to get the batter on top of the whites.

now put them on the grill

anything else you want to add can be evenly measure and added at either with the eggs or melted into the maple syrup for even and consistent measurements

and last word of advise, make at least one batch without all the spooky stuff, your going to gorge yourself on these things the moment you have the first bite, so i gave you fair warning, if you comeback here complaining that you ate so much of these you became the messiah, its not my fault.

happy christmas

I'm not entirely clear on what the 4:1 caapi powder is --- 4:1 of what? Is there any DMT in this recipe or just caapi?

There's a vendor which sells 4x concentrated powdered caapi, but it's not 4x as strong, more like 2x. That's the stuff house is talking about!

I am going to try these...maybe not for Christmas morning breakfast...I think a New Years Eve snack will be just right. What do you think about making them into full-blown aya pancakes:

heat up some 100% GradeAAA pure Canadian or Vermont maple syrup, and dissolve some warm mimosa tea in it. Then pour over the pancakes. Maple syrup, being one of the sweetest concoctions in the culinary world, may just disguise the mimosa enough to make this aya truly painless.
