Best movie ever

Migrated topic.

Master of plants
Daisies, Czechoslovakia, 1966.
It´s a very psychedelic (on a metaphoric level, although) movie from the age of hippies about two young girls and their naive revolt, most important that has ever been shot (by my humble opinion). Sure best movie I have ever seen, no kidding! :)
Check out and You will see for yourself, warmly recommend.

El Topo by Jodorowsky is the best movie I have ever seen. It works on infinite levels and is best seen while in a "mystical" state.

I've been meaning to watch El Topo for ages! Haha Holy Mountain looks awesome too!
Couldn't find Daisies on IMDB, does it have any other names?

The Life Aquatic is my favourite film.

Yeah, I've seen it. It captured me from the very beginning, it's quite psychedelic. But I got tired after the first half of the movie, when I got used to the movie's pecliar effects and plot.

Still however it is a great movie!

The Life Aquatic is my favourite film.

That's my personal favorite among Wes Andersen's films, and I do so love his films.

I've been meaning to get into Tarkovsky ever since I saw the American version of "Solaris."

I'm definitely looking forward to checking out Sedmikrásky (aka Daisies).

If you like Jodorowsky, check out Kenneth Anger and Fellini.

Enjoy!

Who´s Kenneth Anger?

I like just about everything from John Carpenter and Luc Besson.

My favorite is The Thing.
But Luc Bessons films always bring a smile to my face.
Subway, Leon, Fifth Element, Big Blue, Angel-A, Le Femme Nikita

Great! I share Your enthusiasm. You are welcome. This is exactly the reason why I wrote this thread. Even interesting way to watch movie, too... Leary did this w/ kabuki/nó, so...
