Black dog visits me during aya ceremony!

Hello fellow travelers,sorry if i post this in the wrong section but i couldent find a more suitable place!

So this took place last summer when me and a few good friends had and ayahuasca ceremony in a beautiful forest,(this happened during daytime but we were wel prepared,also there were a couple sober people with us so i am sure the dog was not a vision)

After we drank the medicine about 1 hour later this tall black dog with pointy ears and big shinny eyes show up and stares at me,my friends are layng down by this time and the other 2 are smoking a joint next to me,i stumble closer to the dog and he calmly keeps eye contact with me,i call to him but he has no reaction and after about 10 seconds he walks away and disapears into the brush so i head back to the camp to lay down!

Fast forward 4 hours later,im coming down from an amazing journey where the spirits taught many things about myself and filled my body and mind with love and the dog comes close to us again and stares at me with this laser sharp look on his face then takes off to the woods again,my friends told me that the black dog is a symbol of death and i got pretty worried!

Can some of you please explain me the symbolism of this event to a more precise extent?

Dont freak out, dont let people impose their own biased interpretations on your trip, symbolism is what you want it to be. What do you think of it?

By the way was the dog for sure a vision and not a real dog? Is it not possible it was the dog from a hiker or someone who was passing by near but decided to not get closer but the dog went to check you guys out? Or just a stray dog?

poor dog, was hoping for some food, maybe human companions, and met strange guy on a trip with huge pupils and shinning eyes, who stared at him and thought about death.
it was probably some demon in human body

I’ve seen this dog. Mine had no eyes and just sits there. Saw it once when younger (around 11) and once in 2017 while not on earth but not in hyperspace. I’ve attempted to research and it all comes back negatively. Really it’s how you felt while seeing him. I don’t sense any ill-will towards me upon looking at him. But the silently sitting there was suspicious. I searched these forums hoping to find more about him. The only thing I know is that he’s there at all times I guess maybe as a guardian angel? Maybe a grim reaper?
