After years of waiting for the right time and place to do this, I finally consumed 5 dried grams of Blue-y Vuitton mushroom. I was informed by one Terrence Mckenna that I should do this in silent darkness, but the mushroom really wasn't having it and neither was I. I let the mindspace come storming in as I was swept by color and open-mindedness, and began thinking of a bunch of different people in my life. People I love, who I appreciate, who I've maybe rubbed the wrong way. I sent them all a sincere and heartfelt message to let them know I care. I let a girl Im really into know that I loved her, in a true way.

I thought and thought and thought, and after enough thinking I just knew I had to turn off the silence and allow the vibrant radio waves flow into my experience... So I threw on my good old tripper's playlist that I've had for 5 years on Spotify and let it run without touching it. Turns out, I had accidentally turned on smart shuffle which uses your playlist to give you new songs based on it. With a playlist spanning almost 24 hours, it had a lot to work with.

I then ran a shower and let the water crash into me as I listened to the music. The mushroom basically told me that I need to be uncompromising in who I am and insist on myself, in the most loving, peaceful, and sincere way I can. Basically come into my own style of cool, but don't take disrespect or being taken advantage of by selfish people caught in their egos. To stand up and be me, for better or for worse, and let nobody who is unfair stand in my way.

The music during this shower was pretty great. It was everything I liked amplified by a very perceptive algorithm AI. Suddenly I had a thought..."I am blessed by the algorithm"... Not only the Spotify one, but the algorithm of the universe itself. Now slap that phrase on a t shirt with some AI 'art'... In this case, I think it'd be fitting.

To cap off the trip I had a long chat with on my phone with a friend from work who always suspected I was far out but couldn't quite pin me down and in an epic and detailed tell-all we had a cool conversation all about the nature of universe, and how it's cool to do your own thing. We did this until my trip began to fade, and I finally caught some sleep.

This trip followed a few other recent mushroom trips where I connected heavily with a very old friend of mine, bit of course, 5 grams really does take the cake.

I hope you all enjoyed this story.
