Can swim leave the acid water for 24 hours after a cook?

After swim does the cook in acid water and filters, can swim leave that until the same time the next day to basify?

yep no problem... after a few days, specially if you used vinegar as acid, the whole brew might start fermenting, which means alcohol will be created and it would interfere with your extraction.... but even if so, just boil for a few minutes again to evap the alcohol and continue as usual
